Our strong Roman Catholic ethos is at the heart of teaching and learning and, as a community, this is strengthened through daily prayer and Mass.  The school normally attends Mass once a month and always for Holy Days of Obligation.

Our values of Love, Integrity, Faith and Tolerance are taught throughout the school and children and staff aim to show these in their daily interactions.

Parents and carers play a vital part in their child’s learning and as such we strive to have an open and positive relationship with all of our families.  Throughout the year, regular planned activities play a key part in allowing opportunities to visit the school and to communicate with all of the staff.  We fully encourage all of our families to access a wide variety of open programmes in the school throughout the year, where you can be involved with your child’s learning. We very much adopt a partnership approach to learning and in fully supporting your child’s needs.

We have a very proactive Parent Council who plan and deliver events throughout the year, supporting a range of extra-curricular, sporting and other activities.
